1.2 After Order Processing

2. Cancellation by the Seller

Your order may be cancelled by Sunrise Global for the following reasons:

• Product out of stock or unavailable
• Payment not received or payment verification failed
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
• Unexpected technical issues or logistical constraints

If your order is cancelled by us, you will be notified via email/phone and receive a full refund.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

• For prepaid orders, refunds will be initiated to your original payment method.
• Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders do not require refunds unless already paid.
