Your order may be cancelled by Sunrise Global for the following reasons:

  • • Product out of stock or unavailable
  • • Payment not received or payment verification failed
  • • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • • Unexpected technical issues or logistical constraints

If your order is cancelled by us, you will be notified via email/phone and receive a full refund.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • • For prepaid orders, refunds will be initiated to your original payment method.
  • • Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
  • • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders do not require refunds unless already paid.
